Water Aerobics w Michele

Water aerobics is a form of exercise performed in the water, usually in a pool. It combines cardiovascular activities, strength training, and flexibility exercises. The added resistance from moving on water burns more calories compared with similar land-based exercise. It is a low impact workout suitable for individual of all ages and fitness levels.
