In partnership with World Golf Hall of Famer Lanny Wadkins and golf design expert Kurt Bowman of Wadkins Design Group, this comprehensive renovation encompasses every aspect of the Hills Course. From greens and bunkers to tees, fairways, and irrigation systems, every detail is being meticulously refined to create a golf experience as visually stunning as it is challenging and rewarding.

Elevating the Hills Course, Phase by Phase

Phase One: Course No. 3 (Holes 19-27) | Complete
The transformation included a complete replacement of the greens complex turf with G12 Championship Bermuda.
 
Phase Two: Course No. 2 (Holes 10-18) | Complete
This phase introduced full-course enhancements, including redesigned greens complexes featuring G12 Championship Bermuda, recontoured bunkers, upgraded irrigation, laser-leveled tees resurfaced with premium turf, and improved fairways for superior playability.
 
Phase Three: Course No. 1 (Holes 1-9) | To Be Completed in 2026
The final phase will bring the same comprehensive enhancements completed on Holes 10–18 to the remaining nine holes, completing the full transformation of the Hills Course into a unified, championship-caliber golf destination.
